You need to know:
In general you do not need to be a particularly strong swimmer to participate – all swimmers hold onto a flotation line which is attached to the boat and also wear a 5mm thick wet suit which acts as a flotation device.
The Weather:
Dolphin swimming is weather dependent and may be cancelled in unsuitable conditions. You are advised to contact the operator on the morning of your experience to confirm that the activity is taking place.

Groups are restricted to a maximum of 20 swimmers. There are on average 10 people per group.
Getting There:
A tram or bus service is available from the city to Glenelg. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes drive from city centre. The tour departs from Holdfast Shores Marina.
Other Info:
Spectators can attend and watch from the boat for an additional fee. The dolphins play close to the boat, so even if you are not participating in the swim, you are still able to enjoy a close encounter with these magnificent mammals. Cameras are a must as the dolphins are easily captured on film.
