A day at the beach will never be the same again after this exciting lesson that moves at your pace. You'll work with your own personal coach and reach goals designed just for you. Start off in the rock pool, familiarising yourself with your equipment, learning to paddle and doing Eskimo rolls - it’s a great confidence builder before hitting the waves.
Learn to catch broken waves, standing and riding to the beach and work towards completing the Safe Surfing Program Level 1 Certificate. You'll achieve a firm grounding that will help you develop your surfing skills for life.

You need to know:
An average level of fitness is required to participate in this experience. Medical conditions must be disclosed prior to the experience and a liability form completed and signed. All participants must be able to swim 100mtrs.
All equipment required for the session is provided. Soft boards are used, which are safe and easy to learn on. Wetsuits, rash shirts and 30+sun cream are also included.
The Weather:
If the beaches are closed, lessons will be rescheduled for another suitable date. It is advisable to contact operator before leaving home, contact details will be supplied to you at the time of booking.
Session Length:
Your lesson lasts for approximately 1 ½ hours.

Getting There:
Cronulla Beach is located about 40 minutes from the CBD. It is one of the few suburban beaches accessible by train. You’ll find a stretch of uncrowded, white sandy beach running from North Cronulla 5km up to Boat Harbour. It has a diverse variety of surf locations, each suited to differing conditions. Shark Island, the Point, the Alley, Elouera and Wanda/Greenhills. A location map and public transport options will be supplied to you on booking.
