This break is for one night and is ideally suited to two people. It can be enjoyed on Sunday through to Thursday nights, subject to availability. This romantic retreat was once home to the Brigidine order of Nuns in Coonamble, about 600kms west from the Hunter. After careful reconstruction it now sits amidst magnificent landscaped gardens and vineyards. With in the Pepper Tree Complex, it’s only a short stroll from the renowned Robert’s Restaurant and Pepper Tree Winery and tasting barn.
