The Experience
Experience the elegance and the drama of Japan while learning to create stunning scattered sushi and Japanese pancakes. You will learn how to make an impressive dinner party, h’orderve and a healthy snack is just one class.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted with traditional Japanese snacks and tea. Then it’s time for the teaching to begin. Under the guidance of a traditionally trained Japanese chef, learn the delicate art form of sushi making. You will learn to prepare sushi that is normally only made in Japanese households. You Japanese Chef will introduce you to the different sushi varieties and demonstrate the preparation of making the sushi.
You will learn how to roll the perfect Sushi using a Sushi Mat. After the last sushi has been rolled, enjoy your accomplishment and reward your appetite as you sit down and enjoy your creations with your new friends.

Class needs a minimum of 5 participants in order to commence.
You don’t need to worry about bringing anything to class. We provide all you will need for the class including all cooking utensils and equipment, quality ingredients, nibbles, wine with meal and music. We also provide all the recipes to take home.
How long to plan for:
Please allow 3 hours for your total Sushi making experience.
