Wouldn’t it be nice if the world was chocolate? Now it can be with delectable chocolate goodies – cakes, tarts, fillings and chocolate cake decorations. Learn to make these chocolate delights and create your own chocolate world.
This hands-on cooking class will introduce you to the sweet art form of chocolate making. Adelaide. You will have fun learning the secrets to creating the finest hand-made chocolates. You will be under the guidance of an experienced chocolate maker who will take your through a hand-son process with personal instruction.
We use only the highest quality chocolate as we take you through the tempering process. This is the secret to creating chocolate that has a silky, smooth gloss and clean “snap” once it has been set. Yummy!
You will learn how to turn the tempered chocolate into heavenly delicacies such as truffles, choux puffs with chocolate cream filling; chocolate cases hard and soft centred chocolate fillings and amazing chocolate ravioli. We highly recommend adding your own personal touch to the creations using different flavourings.
For the complete chocolate experience, we will serve you hot chocolate while you work on your scrumptious chocolate creations. At the end of the class we will show you how to add professional touch decorations to the tops of your chocolates making it look like you bought them from a chocolate shop.
