Yoga has become an extremely popular system over the last few years using postures, movement, deep breathing, guided relaxation and meditation. Our Yoga is based on the Hatha Yoga system, which is a gentle yet powerful way of strengthening and toning your body, mind and soul. It is an incredibly beneficial system for stress, anxiety, low energy, weight loss, injury and general ill health. Come and share your teacher’s 45 years of yoga experience as she moves you gently through 8 one and a half hour sessions of wonderful Yoga and Relaxation.

If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or any health concerns, you should inform the Total Experience customer service team at the time of booking. This Yoga program is suited to beginners of yoga practice through to intermediate level.
You will need to bring the following:
• A yoga mat (rubber non-slip mat - thick 6 mm - available from the yoga school on the day for and additional fee if required)
• A blanket or large towel
• A small cushion
• Water bottle
