Only a basic level of fitness is required. Participants should under 130 kg in weight and over 14 years old. Certain medical restrictions may apply. You are advised to contact the Total Experience customer service centre to discuss any medical conditions.
The Weather:
Paragliding runs in most weather conditions. In the event of unsuitable weather your booking will be rescheduled. It is advisable to contact the operator on the morning of your flight if in doubt.

The venue is a 3½ hour drive north of Sydney to the Camden haven and is situated at the foot of North Brother mountain in Laurieton.
Other Info: All equipment is supplied and a standard waiver form will need to be completed prior to commencing your training. Spectators are welcome to view from the ground and watch as people take off and land.
