This exciting helicopter flight will render you breathless when flying over the stunning views of Barossa Valley. See the famous Barossa region from the sky as you dart through the air in this smooth and stunning aircraft.
A staff member will gladly take a photo of you standing next to the helicopter with your camera before the flight. You will then be guided to your seat and helped to get strapped in. Lifting off from the helipad, your experienced pilot will guide you on a flight that will take you over Hoffungsthal (one of the first German settlement sites in the valley) and on to Lyndoch, the Barossa Valley’s most southern town. Your pilot will point out the wineries on the left side of the aircraft.
We then take you to the western boundary of the Barossa, flying towards Seppeltsfield (Australia’s oldest winery) and Marananga, past Maggie Beer’s Farm shop over Tanunda and the Jacobs Creek where you will see the creek the famous wine was named after! After seeing a few wineries and the stunning views you will then be taken back over Lyndoch to the Whispering Wall, if you have not heard of or visited this fantastic man made feature, you pilot will be more than happy to fill you in!
Once you have taken a photo or two of the wall, we will then have the town of Williamstown pass on our right on our way back to base. This is an amazing aerial experience that cannot be missed!

What to wear:
The helicopter can get quite hot during the Aussie summer months and cooler during the winter months so dress comfortably keeping the weather in mind.
Please wear flat shoes.
Hats or bags are not allowed to be worn in (or around) the helicopters.

Q. What do we wear along on the day? A. The temperature inside the chopper is exemplified by the weather outside so hot days will lead to an increased internal temperature and the opposite in winter. Please dress to the weather conditions and wear flat soled shoes.
