Please notify us if you have had any recent major surgery or injury within 12 weeks prior to the flight date, or if you are 12 weeks or more pregnant. Children of 8 to 12 years must be accompanied by an adult. Your flight includes - tea & coffee on arrival, transport from the flight meeting point and to/from launch & landing sites, the chance to participate with inflation & deflation of the balloon, a brief history lesson about ballooning, a commemorative flight certificate for each passenger and chilled champagne & fruit juice on landing.
The Weather:
Ballooning is weather dependent. The decision to fly is made on the morning of the flight and it is advisable to contact the operator before leaving home. All relevant contact details will be supplied to you on booking. In the event that your flight is cancelled, you will be able to arrange an alternative booking.
Session Length:
The whole experience will take 3 to 3.5 hours. Actual flight duration is 45 to 60 minutes.
Availability:
Sydney City Flights take place from Monday to Friday, and weekend flights take place in Camden Valley.
We recommend you book at least 21 day’s in advance expecially for weekends.
Numbers:
The balloon can take up to 16 passengers plus the pilot.
Getting There:
Pick up is available for a small extra fee from a central location in the CBD Sydney, or make your own way to Camden Valley Inn, approximately 1 hours drive from the CBD down the Hume highway.

A BBQ champagne breakfast can be purchased in advance at $25 per person. Non flying spectators can come along to the flight briefing, help launch the balloon, travel with the ground crew to the balloon landing, and join in the champagne celebration. There is a small charge for these guests, please confirm on booking if you will be bringing anyone.
