Drive at lightning speeds, just a couple of inches off the ground and feel every curve and bump as your highly responsive racing car reacts to your every move. Put pedal to metal around the Wakefield Park Circuit for 24 searing laps of the legendary figure of eight circuit and be amazed at how you gain in confidence and ability with every turn.

You need to know:
There is a height restriction of 196 cm and you need to weigh less than 120 kg to participate in this experience. All equipment is provided included your racing suit and helmet. Every participant must hold a manual license.
Highlights include:
- Learn the art of driving a Formula 1 style open wheel race car

- 24 Blistering laps with a Winning Race Team at a championship race circuit.
- No special licence required
Drivers progress at their own pace and comfort level. Points are awarded for consistency, accuracy in car control and the driver with the most consistent lap times receives the Prestigious ‘Top Gun Award’.
Racing instructors are all current drivers and work to support drivers of varying abilities. Throughout the day they tutor you in throttle control, braking, down changing, racing lines and apexing. Your safety is paramount and emphasised through proper training and tuition on the day.
Numbers:
This experience is for one person. You will take turns in driving the car with four other people.
The Weather:
This experience takes place in most conditions although may be postponed in extreme weather. You will be supplied with contact details as part of the booking process so that you can contact the operator to check conditions prior to setting off.
Session Length:
This experience lasts for a full day comprising three Formula Ford Race Car sessions, each consisting of eight full laps of Wakefield Park Raceway
Other Info:
Lunch is provided as well as tea and coffee throughout the day. Spectators are also welcome to attend and watch the cars from the trackside.
Anybody in general good health can participate, however if you suffer from an ongoing medical condition, please advise the Total Experience customer service team. You cannot take part if you are pregnant.
