The Experience
Satisfy your inner speed demon as you climb into the driver's seat of a V8 Ford Falcon or Holden Commodore. Put the pedal to metal on a real race track as you accelerate in a heartbeat and the engine roars around you.
All the V8s are fully prepared race cars equipped with safety harnesses, race seats roll cages & slick tyres.
After your drive, hop into the back seat for 3 blazing hot laps as a professional driving instructor whizzes you around the track.
This amazing experience includes pre-drive tuition, five furious driving laps laps behind the wheel of a fully prepared V8 Race Car, 3 back seat hot laps, a driving certificate and a photograph of you and the car.

You need to know:
You will drive 5 laps of the 2.2 km track and be given the choice of Ford or Holden on the day. You will be a back seat passenger as you are driven for 3 hot laps by a professional driver. A race suit and helmet will be provided for you on the day. Drivers must be over 18 and have a current or provisional licence. The race vehicles use a manual gearbox. Drivers exceeding 130kg cannot be safely or comfortably accommodated in the race suits and cars.
The Weather:
This activity runs in most weather conditions. In the event of extreme conditions your booking will be resceduled.
Session Length:
Allow 2-3 hours for this experience. Please arrive 15 minutes before your booking time to register and complete an indemnity form.
Numbers:
While you are driving, this is a one-on-one experience. You will be accompanied by other participants for the hot laps portion. The event hosts a large number of participants on the day.
Getting There:
The meeting point is Queensland Raceway, Ipswich Champions Way, off Cunningham Highway at Willowbank.You will be provided with a map and itinerary on booking.

You can organize an in-car video of the race on the day for an additional fee. Please call us if you would like to know the exact pricing. Spectators are welcome. All attendees must adhere to race track safety regulations. Alcohol is strictly prohibited at the track. You are asked to advise the operator of any medical conditions including any medication you may be taking. This is not a suitable activity for drivers who are pregnant.
