Go with the flow through one of New South Wales' most breathtaking natural theme parks on a half day beginners course providing all the skills you need to enjoy the exhilarating sport canyoning. Master the art of abseiling with a series of 30 metre descents, then put your new skills to the test in the afternoon.
Discover the unbridled joy of completing a 17 metre overhang abseil into the canyon. Then have immense fun as you scramble, jump, swim and wade your way through the canyon. An unforgettable adventure that will teach you new skills and provide memories to last a lifetime.

You need to know:
You need to be 12 years or older to participate in this activity for the full day. You need to be reasonably fit, without major medical conditions. This experience can be enjoyed by almost everyone. You must be able to climb steps and preferably swim 50 metres.
The Weather:
This adventure is possible in all weather. The Blue Mountains has weather that is extremely changeable. Participants should be prepared for a weather change at any time of the day, including the possibility of snow in winter.
Session Length:
All day, approx 8:30am – 5:30pm.
Numbers:
You are likely to be accompanied by other participants for this activity. The average group size is 4 – 8 people.
Getting There:
The meeting point for this experience is Katoomba. Katoomba is two hours by road or rail from Sydney. The meeting place is 3 minutes walk downhill from Katoomba station.
