This beginners course is the ideal skills base for canyoning. Start with abseils up to 30 metres, then put your new skills to the test in the afternoon, through a wet and wild Blue Mountains canyon. Jump, swim and wade your way through an action packed canyon, finishing with a 30 metre abseil down a pumping waterfall.

You need to know:
You need to be 10 years or older to participate in this activity. There are no fitness or medical restrictions and this experience can be enjoyed by almost everyone.
The Weather:
This adventure is possible in all weather conditions. The Blue Mountains has weather that is extremely changeable. Participants should be prepared for a weather change at any time of the day including the possibility of snow in the winter.

This is a full day 8 hour experience.

Getting There:
The meeting point for this experience is Katoomba. Katoomba is two hours by road or rail from Sydney. The meeting place is 3 minutes walk downhill from Katoomba station.
Other Info:
The experience includes friendly, expert instructors and specialised abseiling equipment. Don’t forget drinking water, camera, hat & sunscreen. This activity is not suitable for spectators.
