Ride through unspoilt Australian bush and canter across lush green valleys. Discover the shady canopy of the rainforest trail, and meander along the banks of Popran Creek, the purest tributary to the Hawkesbury River. Follow the track to beautiful natural rock pools where you can take a well earned break from the saddle and enjoy a refreshing swim.
Then glide down Popran Creek where you can choose to either explore the peaceful upper reaches of Mangrove Creek or head down stream onto the magnificent Hawkesbury River system.
Complete your adventure with a fun-packed abseiling on top of an easily accessible mountain, with stunning views over Popran Creek as it meanders its way through Glenworth Valley and surrounding National Parks. Enjoy panoramic vistas over a 3000 acre property consisting of lush green valleys and rainforest areas.

The Weather:
This adventure is possible in almost all weather, but may be postponed in the event of heavy rain.
Session Length:
2 - 3 hour horse ride and a 1/2 day abseiling session. The horse ride will commence around 10:00am, follwed by the abseiling adventure.
Numbers:
Groups vary between 1 and 10 people accompanied by an experienced guide.
Getting There:
One hour from Sydney or Newcastle and 20 minutes from Gosford. Public transport options available: train to Gosford, and then taxi to Glenworth Valley.
